You should never base your opinion of your writing on reviews - whether good or bad. If you enjoyed writing the story, then it's a damn good story. It might not be the next Great American Novel, in fact people might hate it and tell you to get it off the Internet, but that doesn't take away any of its value or validity to you, the author.
Getting off my soapbox... of course you're not a bad writer. To the contrary: you're a very good writer (especially compared to the bunch of monkeys out there who are absolutely convinced that Alucard must have sweet, fluffy sex with Seras all night), you keep characters IC, there aren't many grammatical errors in your stories, and you actually have ideas that make sense within canon. I get the idea that, despite the profusion of blood'n'guts in the manga and anime, quite a few Hellsing fans are a bit leery of the idea of threesomes. I haven't seen many three-way pairing fics around.
