Election day - political anti-Bush rant

Well today was election day. I voted (of course) and I am praying that Kerry wins (go Kerry). If not I don't know what I'll do. I am against Bush in everything: social policies (cutting programs, pro-choice, etc), education, the environment, and most importantly the war. Damn it Gore won the last election. Still don't get why in this day and age we have the electoral college. Most modern countries today do the POPULAR vote and we should too. I'm not sure what will happen to our country (and the rest of the world) if he wins.

Me? I'm worried about what the rest of the world will do to us. Especially after the whole "oh, let's go wage a dogmatic, greed-driven war, unsupported by the rest of the UN" thing.

Yes, I'm very afraid of what the rest of the world will do to us now. Most of the world dislikes us because of our actions in the Middle East. I'm devestated Bush won. I'm convinced it is the churches that pushed the anti-abortion and anti-gay issues: Catholic churches especially (I was raised Catholic). I'm pro-choice but even I wasn't I'd still have a problem with Bush's war that is killing people, both American & Iraq while his "friends" get richer off of it. I could go on and on so I better stop.
Can't believe how depressed I am over this.
